I have performed website redesigns, created wireframes, drafted mockups, used information architecture to inform sitemaps, and drawn creativity from mood boards. I use UX methods such as contextual inquiry, ethnographic studies, card sorting, and cognitive walkthroughs, that provide the foundation for user-centered interaction and communications design. In addition, I have conducted effective usability tests, interviews, and surveys to help inform decision-making.

Deerfield Academy

The entire Deerfield Academy website was overhauled on WordPress. I worked with a team, each taking sections of the website and redesigning them. On the left is is a screenshot of the old baseball webpage. There’s an overwhelming amount of text on the page, team schedules are hard to find, and there’s a mix of internal and external communications. On the right is an image of the new baseball webpage. Amongst many changes, large hero images with parallax title overlays were used on each page.

Olallie Daylily Gardens

Ollie Daylily Gardens is a lovely farm in South Newfane, Vermont. I performed a website architecture re-work within a larger user experience (UX) research report for Olallie Daylily Gardens.

Green Thumb Plant Shop

I created and designed a brand, a logo, a color palate, an advertisement, and wireframes for a fake business. (I wish this business was real! If anyone wants these assets, contact me!)
